Lovely wharf cellar in the hearth of the city with modern interior on a premium location (5 min from central station). You enter the apartment from the waterside (aan de werf) by a large stairs where you’ll find a well thought out kitchen with Nespresso and induction cooking etc. Next is the living area with a desk, couch with large tv, double bed with a special window to let extra natural light in. In the back there is a very large walk-in shower and a separate toilet. Enjoy your own little private terrace on the waterside (comfy lounge chairs included), visit one of the many bars and restaurants within walking distance or Netflix and chill with tasteful ambient lighting. The apartment is nice and cool in the summer and well insulated and heated (floor) when it gets colder. Fast and stable WiFi (150+Mbps) and cleaning is included. Just keep in mind that because it's a wharf cellar, the ceiling isn’t very high and you don't have large windows in the front.
